Doug Turner

Program Leader

Doug is a senior Technology and Delivery Lead with over 25 years’ IT experience leading the delivery of complex technology solutions across aviation, transport, infrastructure and enterprise environments.

He has a strong background in business analysis and combines this with hands-on delivery experience, working across the full lifecycle from requirements elicitation and solution design through to implementation, testing, operational rollout and end-user support. Doug is particularly experienced in aligning business and operational needs with technology outcomes and ensuring solutions are delivered in a way that works in live environments.

Doug has worked within large, multi-stakeholder environments and is comfortable engaging across business, operational and technical teams, as well as vendors and delivery partners.

He has led technology workstreams on complex programmes, managing requirements, coordinating delivery and supporting integration into existing operations.

Doug has hands-on experience across a broad range of systems and platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Oracle Primavera, reservation and booking systems (Amadeus and rail/airline platforms), baggage handling and flight operations systems, mobile applications and digital customer journeys, and workers compensation and enterprise back-office systems.

In his current role supporting Sydney Airport, Doug is the Technology Lead for major terminal expansion and transformation programmes, responsible for defining and delivering the overall technology solution across the end-to-end passenger processing environment. This includes working across requirements, design, vendor engagement, system integration, testing and live deployment of technologies such as auto bag drop, kiosks and supporting systems, as well as ongoing performance monitoring and improvement.

Andrea Miller

Director

Andrea has 30 years international experience managing large scale finance transformation programs, incorporating ERP implementation, shared service creation and operational leadership, off-shoring and outsourcing transition across a number of sectors and industries and has extensive experience both from an advisory, program and operational management perspective. More recently Andrea has led 2 integrations and one divestiture separation in the property sector.

Andrea’s core strengths encompass building and leading large scale high performing teams in a dynamic international environment, the implementation of sustainable business transformation to deliver real and measurable business benefits, leading the change management and organisational effectiveness aspects of business transformation programmes and managing relationships with key stakeholders to global executive level.

Corey Brooks

Senior Consultant – Strategy, Analysis & Delivery

Corey is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organisations make sense of complexity and translate strategy into practical outcomes.

Corey specialises in understanding unfamiliar environments quickly, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and synthesising information and data into clear narratives, scope, presentations and actionable recommendations. He enjoys working where the problem is not yet fully understood, helping organisations move from ambiguity to clarity and from ideas to delivery.

His experience spans enterprise transformation, business analysis, operating model design, M&A integration, technology-enabled change and process improvement across banking, financial services, insurance, software, mining and higher education. Known for a collaborative and pragmatic approach, Corey is often engaged to untangle complex situations, identify practical opportunities for improvement and build the frameworks, roadmaps and decision support needed to move initiatives forward.

He is equally comfortable working independently or leading small, high-performing teams and is recognised for producing thoughtful, high-quality outputs that help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Kara Coleman

Kara is a proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in delivering large business and technology change and transformation programs. Experience gained over 30 years across a wide range of sectors including financial and professional services, technology, retail, building products and aviation.

An experienced change delivery leader – Kara’s core strengths include applied curiosity, adept at grasping new concepts quickly; problem solving and information synthesis; structured planning and execution; and helping teams successfully manage through ambiguity.

Leveraging experienced gained from a variety of project and program delivery roles throughout her career Kara is highly accomplished in business case development; project mobilisation; governance & reporting; process, systems, operating model design & implementation and stakeholder engagement and alignment.

Zoe Kazepidis

Zoe is a transformation and operations specialist with extensive experience delivering complex strategic programs across aviation, transport, retail property and Healthcare. Her career spans business transformation, strategy development, program delivery and organisational transition, with notable roles at Scentre Group leading retail property operational improvements and within major finance transformation programs driving process uplift and organisational alignment.

Zoe brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, operational pragmatism with a commercial mindset, enabling organisations to navigate change, uplift capability and deliver measurable performance outcomes. She is recognised for her ability to simplify complexity, align diverse stakeholders and embed sustainable ways of working that strengthen long term operational resilience.

As a consultant with P3Hub, Zoe currently serves as the Aviation Operations Business Lead at Sydney Airport, where she plays a pivotal role in a major transformation program focused on airfield optimisation and operational efficiency. Her work includes shaping operational requirements for larger aircraft, guiding airfield improvements, and overseeing remote bay operations to support efficient aircraft turns in a constrained operating environment.

Prior to this, Zoe successfully led the operational transition to a new bussing operator at the airport, delivering a seamless changeover through structured transition planning, risk management and targeted change impact strategies. Her approach is grounded, collaborative and outcome driven — ensuring every project she leads delivers both immediate operational benefits and long term strategic value

With a proven ability to lead projects valued at $200M+, Mark specialises in program and project management, PMO/EPMO optimisation, and governance, consistently achieving measurable results such as $123M in net savings for Transport for NSW and driving multi-million-dollar benefits for Qantas, News Corp, and Foxtel.

His expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement has enabled him to deliver award-winning solutions that align with business goals and achieve lasting impact.

As a commercially minded strategist, Mark excels at balancing innovation utilising AI-enable workflow tools with operational efficiency. His leadership has been pivotal in modernising systems, driving change management, and implementing optimised delivery methodologies such as Agile and hybrid approaches.

Beyond his professional career, Mark demonstrates his commitment to community leadership as a Patrol Captain and Technology Advisor for Wanda Surf Lifesaving Club, where he mentors teams, manages risks, and applies his governance expertise in a volunteer capacity. Mark’s ability to bridge strategy and execution makes him an invaluable asset to organisations seeking transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Victor Batorijs

Program and Project Manager with extensive experience delivering ERP & CRM solutions (Oracle, Microsoft), Cloud Migrations, HR/Payroll, BI/Data Migration/Data Quality, Office 365, Regulatory/Legislative initiatives (ASIC, APRA). Also, broad experience in consulting pre-sales and practice development.

David Tarbotton

Business Improvement and Transformation Lead

A results-driven business leader with over 25 years of experience delivering customer-centric transformation across telecommunications, financial services, government, pharmaceutical, FMCG, transportation, and utilities industries. Specialising in business excellence and process management frameworks, the focus has consistently been on building organisational capability through data-driven continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methodologies, and integrated training programs that develop leaders at all levels, from Lean Leaders through to Black Belts and Master Black Belts.

David has a proven ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes within complex, multifunctional organisations, with notable achievements including a pivotal Master Black Belt role in a customer experience transformation at Optus delivering $10M+ in benefits, designing and delivering a CI program at TNT that trained 300+ employees and realised $3M+ in direct savings, and supporting turnaround transformation at Vodafone Australia. Additional consulting and capability-building engagements at many organisations including Revenue NSW, Blackmores, Westpac, the NSW Department of Education, Colonial First State and Synergy further demonstrate a track record of implementing sustainable process maturity and operational improvement across diverse sectors.

Daniela Amuchastegui

Dani is a Product, Product Operations, Strategy and Delivery consultant who helps organisations bring clarity to complexity. She works with leaders and teams to strengthen product practices, improve strategic alignment, increase organisational capability and create greater visibility between strategy, customer needs and delivery outcomes.

With more than 15 years of experience across retail, financial services, manufacturing, e-commerce and mining, Daniela works at the intersection of Product Management, Product Operations, strategy execution and delivery. Her experience spans product discovery, portfolio prioritisation, operating models, OKRs, organisational capability, enterprise delivery, value realisation and ways of working.

Known for her collaborative approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills, Daniela combines customer insight, data and delivery expertise to help organisations prioritise what matters most, realise value faster and build products and capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes and meaningful impact.

Cathy Bellinger

Transformation Lead

Cathy has 25 years’ experience helping blue chip companies build or reposition their brands for the future while driving growth and sustainability through periods of intense change. Cathy has stood beside CEOs as they navigate crises, mergers and acquisitions and industry disruption. Clients rely on Cathy to devise approaches to risk and compliance corporate culture. Tackling digital transformation projects, Cathy often leads teams in crafting stakeholder management plans that focus on making the complex simple and the simple compelling.

Client engagements have included large global and Australian operators the likes of Sydney Airport, Rabobank, CFS, News Corp, Westpac, CBA, Tabcorp, NatWest Bank (RBS), Macquarie Group, NBN and several Federal and State government departments. Prior to Cathy’s transformation career she worked in marketing and public affairs for blue chip brands including Qantas and Westpac, and in verticals including B&F, travel and aviation, IT and higher education. Cathy brings a hands-on relationship management approach and focus on stakeholder strategy, engagement and effective transformation.

Rebecca Lawrence

Over the years, Rebecca has developed a deep understanding of how businesses function — their systems, processes, risks, and the people who bring them to life. What drives Rebecca is the opportunity to step into challenging environments, bring clarity to ambiguity, and guide teams toward solutions that genuinely make a difference.

Rebecca’s work spans business improvement, transformation, systems optimisation, and governance uplift, and she has led projects that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and embed stronger internal controls and risk frameworks. Taking a structured, analytical approach, balanced with a strong focus on people — coaching leaders, supporting teams through transition, and ensuring that change is not only delivered but sustained. Jessica Fox

Jess has a background in Computing Science, with a record of delivering Projects and Transformation initiatives in both Big 4 and SME. Jess is passionate about collaborating to deliver solutions that solve customer and business problems. She is curious by nature, loves learning new things and building on her delivery and leadership capabilities through diverse programs of work.

Jess is motivated by people and teams. She will utilise appropriate techniques (Customer Centred Design, Agile, Lean and Waterfall) to deliver successfully, with best-in-class outcomes, whilst creating an environment where the team can achieve their best and have fun.

With 25 years experience delivering large business transformation, technology, media and property projects across several industries (Financial services, Tech Scale up, Media and Marketing, Aviation) she enjoys adapting to different environments and learns fast. She has experience delivering in Operations, Product, Lending, Credit, Risk, AML & Sanctions, Fraud, Digital, Payments, Media, Retail, Technology, Development and aviation and has used her skills to complete due diligence, develop business cases, and also lead the implementation of projects including, innovation, technology rollout, strategic growth initiatives and regulatory change.

One of Jess’s strengths is communication. She builds trust at all levels of the organisation and believes this is key to successful collaboration and delivery.

Donna Thomas

Change and Transformation Lead

As a Senior Change Lead with 20 years of experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes across government, healthcare, and private sectors both internationally and locally, Donna partners with businesses to secure the ROI of technology and operational investments. Specialising in enterprise shifts, Donna aligns technical project milestones with operational business readiness, ensuring the organisation is prepared to adopt new ways of working.

When brought into a programme, Donna establishes change governance, manage portfolio saturation with stakeholders, and lead teams of change managers and training specialists. Donna’s delivery model manages the entire lifecycle of change from initial concept through to embedment and long-term sustainability. Focus on rapid mobilisation and the identification of cross-functional impacts during all phases of a program. By integrating change into project governance, Donna ensures the people side is tracked alongside the technical build. Stepping into high-pressure environments to understand the programme and environment, manage resistance, and coach leadership teams through transitions. Additionally, Donna utilises structured change maturity assessments to evaluate current readiness and historical adaptability, diagnosing systemic risks before execution begins.

Donna’s objective is to safeguard process and data integrity during project phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover, minimising the post-launch productivity dip. Beyond go-live, implementing transition and embedment strategies designed to last, establishing the reinforcement mechanisms required to sustain new behaviours. Whether managing multi-EBA environments, transitioning workforce models, or embedding permanent change practices within a PMO, Donna focuses on returning measurable value to the organisation, such as removing administrative friction to return operational hours back to frontline delivery.

Emma Waugh

Associate Director

Helping businesses deliver change and transformation is what I love to do, and it’s what I’ve spent the best part of my career on, across Australia and the UK. My work has taken me across sectors including Property and Construction, FMCG, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Health, Education, and the wider Public Sector, and covered everything from business process improvement and systems implementations to M&A, cost reduction, operating model changes, and large scale organisational transformation.

I started my career in the UK before relocating to Sydney in 2010, spending ten years with a boutique consulting firm before joining P3HUB. Fifteen years in this market has given me a network that only comes with time. I know our associates well, I know how they work, and I trust them.

What drives me is really understanding the people I work with, on both sides. A significant part of my time is spent networking and headhunting, looking specifically for those at the top of their game who don’t need to advertise themselves. We don’t fish in the open market. We work through relationships, word of mouth, and referrals, tapping into the networks of people we already know and trust. That same curiosity extends to clients, getting to know their business properly, not just the brief, but the culture, the team dynamics, and what success actually looks like for them.

At the heart of how I work is listening. I take the time to really understand the problems a client is facing before thinking about solutions, and then work back from there to find the right fit, whether that’s a team or an individual, fixed cost or time and materials. A big part of what I do is keeping our associates engaged and our client relationships healthy long after the initial brief is closed. I pride myself on going above and beyond the deliverables, and I invest a lot of time in the cultural side of engagements. I’ve always believed that who you work with matters as much as what you’re working on, and that the best outcomes come when the energy in the room is right.

David is a program and project delivery specialist with over 25 years of delivery in corporate, government and vendor organisations.  He has had significant success in large, complex and diverse projects across a wide range of business domains including banking, finance, wealth management, credit risk and fraud, retail, digital and print media, contact centres, gaming and wagering and asset management.

He is expert at turning strategy into execution and delivering outcomes through to business-as-usual operation.  He uses a strong focus on governance, risk management and selecting the right tools and methods for the type of project being delivered.

David uses a consultative approach to building and managing teams to ensure engagement and awareness at all levels from C-Level executive, business operations and technical experts building the solutions.

Don Bales

Information Technology Manager

Don is an Information Technology Manager with over 20 years of experience in systems integration implementation and IT project management, delivering complex technology solutions within large transformation programs.

His areas of expertise are: Project and Program Management, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery and Product Ownership, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Service Delivery Operations, Application Outsourcing, ERP implementation and Systems Integration.
