Andrea Millar
Director
Andrea has 25 years international experience managing large scale finance transformation programs, incorporating ERP implementation, shared service creation and operational leadership, off-shoring and outsourcing transition across a number of sectors and industries and has extensive experience both from an advisory, program and operational management perspective.
Andrea’s core strengths encompass building and leading large scale high performing teams in a dynamic international environment, the implementation of sustainable business transformation to deliver real and measurable business benefits, leading the change management and organisational effectiveness aspects of business transformation programmes and managing relationships with key stakeholders to global executive level.

Peter Hutchison
Advisory Board Member
Peter started life in Program delivery and Consulting with EDS before he co-founded and led PIPC (a global project, program and portfolio management specialist) In Australia and New Zealand for 10 years. During that time, PIPC grew sustainably from a standing start to become one of Australia’s largest specialist P3 services companies under Peter’s management. PIPC was acquired by Cognizant in 2010 and Peter stayed on to integrate and manage the Australian Program Management line of business for another 4 years. Peter is now the COO of Propic, a prop-tech focusing on Sales and Property Management Platforms and AI.
The management team at P3Hub are able to tap into Peter’s vast experience in growing and managing PIPC and Cognizant as we look to fulfil our mission of becoming the best P3 Services business in Australasia.
Emma Waugh

Emma brings over two decades of experience supporting business’ to successfully deliver their change and transformation agendas, both in Australia and the UK. Her experience spans across many sectors including Property & Construction, FMCG, Insurance, Health, Education, and Retail.
Her last 13 years have been based in Sydney where she has spent time cultivating a deep network of change and transformations associates and clients. Her strengths lie in developing genuine long-term relationships, account management, talent management and business development.
Strategic and collaborative, Emma relishes the chance to get to know how a business ticks, understand the challenges it is facing, and then assemble the right change delivery teams to get the right outcome.

With over 25 years of IT experience, Doug is skilled in leading requirements elicitation, analysis and implementation for software development, modelling and improving business processes and testing, support and end-user training in a variety of technical development and business analysis roles in both Waterfall and Agile environments

With 20 years experience delivering large business transformation & technology projects across a number of industries (Financial services, Tech Scale up, Media and Marketing) she is comfortable adapting to different environments. She has experience delivering in Operations, Product, Lending, Credit, Risk, AML & Sanctions, Fraud, Digital, Payments, Media, Retail, Technology (including Fin tech and start up) and has used her skills to implement both innovation & strategic growth initiatives as well as regulatory change.
David Blake

David is a program and project delivery specialist with over 25 years of delivery in corporate, government and vendor organisations. He has had significant success in large, complex and diverse projects across a wide range of business domains including banking, finance, wealth management, credit risk and fraud, retail, digital and print media, contact centres, gaming and wagering and asset management.
He is expert at turning strategy into execution and delivering outcomes through to business-as-usual operation. He uses a strong focus on governance, risk management and selecting the right tools and methods for the type of project being delivered.
David uses a consultative approach to building and managing teams to ensure engagement and awareness at all levels from C-Level executive, business operations and technical experts building the solutions.
